We want you to be completely satisfied with your Danessa Myricks Beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
